There are intricate and extremely varied projects to manage. - Each employee has the freedom to perform his/her duties in a manner that he/she deems most effective - very little micro-managing - Each employee's opinions deeply matter, and are considered when scoping out a project. - Salary, vacation time, and benefits are certainly competitive
