Everyone is terrified and they are really running the business not the nice CEO who is the face of values and culture that don’t exist. Corporate makes everything work for them and hard for salons. All leaders are old Ulta employees who were fired. They complain about how awful Ulta was and only looked at numbers number numbers not people but then that is exactly same culture they brought here. Just hit number and work constantly. Double booked over booked told not eat lunch or just shove a bite in between guests booked very 30 minutes on the dot. Just work till you drop. Expected to report money made every hour while taking guests and managing. And have to add up all sales with calculator by hand. They can’t hire people because the reputation is already bad for working here.
