absolutely no pros at all

Extremely toxic environment- the CEO is a horrible person and makes everyone miserable and feel like a POS Basically told to work 24/7 without being compensated horrible healthcare options, healthcare actually lapsed and the CEO told no one employee turnover is insane, over 30 people in 12 months client turnover is insane and they are never happy because the CEO knowingly makes promises she cannot keep

The agency has really amazing clients

- Lack of internal structure more time spent handling internal issues than client work -No one was trusted to do simple tasks without management approval - No upper management and CEO was not involved in the company day to day - Agency has a poor reputation within the industry because of poor results - It seems like the CEO does not want to get results for her clients but would rather spend her time verbally abusing her junior staff - Lots of employee turnover - Clients are unhappy due to previous record of poor results and lack of communication from the agency
