Assign unfit people to only do toolkit audits (not a real job, they can do it themselves) I was held from advancing and obtaining my certifications while they pushed their "safety officer" who was hired after me after I told them "I'm here to grow. Give me all the jobs, I want all the certs" in my quarterly review. We were asked to count danger signs and locks from each LOTO cage --> that's not part of the job description.
