Pros

The current fixed reporting time, once chosen, ensures punctuality.

Kontras

However, it is too inflexible. On certain days, employees may want to start work early as he/she may have other commitments after work. On the other hand, employees may report later on certain days due to delays in buses or trains which are not within their control. If employees need to rush to toilet due to stomachache, later reporting time should be allowed.
