Ran one good supervisor out due to other supervisors hired at higher pay and less experience than he had at 5 years. When you're off due to emergency for a week, they start you back at starting pay with no experience. They do not take care of the old employees, you have to beg for a raise, should have a schedule set up for older employees for opportunity of pay raises, advancement.
