Terrible CEO. He acts like he's the ultimate boss, expecting everything to be done exactly as he says. He treats employees as if they're disposable just because he pays their salaries. His micromanagement is unbearable—strictly enforcing office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with rigid break timings: 10 minutes for snacks, 40 minutes for lunch, and 10 minutes for tea. According to him, this one-hour break doesn’t even count as part of the workday. On top of that, he has an arrogant attitude, constantly reminding people that he's the boss and dismissing any feedback. Honestly, even working as a housemaid would be better than dealing with this guy. He forces employees to work on weekends without offering any real benefits—not even a word of appreciation—just a single day of comp off.
