Good as starter job - Operations Specialist bei MHW: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud of the employee referral program that we have at MHW. It motivates our employees to tap into their personal network to find talent. It is not, however, a mechanism meant to encourage nepotism, which has no place at MHW. While we do have some family members who work here, they all go through the same rigorous process that all of our hires go through and are highly qualified for the positions that they are hired into. The same holds true for advancement. We believe in a merit based system of promotion.
