Pros
- great community - remote work available
Kontras
- entirely remote work can be lonely
Pros
They’ll hire anyone with a pulse. At least the office view gives you something nice to look at while you watch everyone get let go.
Kontras
There’s absolutely no such thing as work-life balance here. You’ll be expected to work nonstop, and when you inevitably get sick (which is likely, given the awful air quality), don’t expect much sympathy — or sick time. Training is a complete joke. They cram everything into the first week, then expect you to retain it all perfectly while being too afraid to ask questions — because asking questions puts a target on your back. People get let go for less. Management plays favorites and only invests time in the employees they personally like. If you’re not one of them, you’re on your own. And while they love to preach about “diversity” and “inclusion,” it all feels like a performance. The workplace is heavily influenced by Christian culture, which can make anyone who doesn’t fit that mold feel out of place fast. To top it off, people get let go every single week, sometimes without explanation. You can feel the tension every time someone disappears — the energy in the office shifts instantly. It’s a revolving door, not a stable workplace.
