MCIM is practically an entirely different company from when I started. They’ve made so many changes (most of it based on employee feedback), that I hardly recognize it from when I was first hired on a few years back. Everything has been for the better and I’m glad I stuck around.

COVID hasn’t been easy, but I feel like the worst is over and we’ve definitely come out of it still fighting.
