Everything else besides the pay and the scheduled hours for second shift sucks the company is crappy and they don’t give a damn about the quality of the product like they say they just want numbers so their bosses don’t say nothing about production but then complain when things are getting let go that are crappy well you wanted numbers right?? What a joke of a company. And favoritism there is unreal and not fair at all. Must also be nice to take three hour breaks on third shift as well and no one get in trouble for it and first shift can take breaks longer then ten minutes and more then two as well and it’s cool second shift gets monitored like their two year old kids and if you go to the bathroom like three times for about five minutes there’s your break time apparently. Work there if you want.
