Pros
Great benefits; decent pay; short commute; The staff are the strongest asset. Lots of hard working staff who are friendly and helpful. Can anybody really say they "love" their job? Any job is what you make it. There are good days and bad days, but overall my job is rewarding and I have met many people I consider friends.
Kontras
There still seems to be a power struggle with Webster and Gilbert. Gilbert Management understands the market we are in both from a pricing structure and a customer service and support aspect. Just because "Plan A" worked for years in MA, doesn't mean that plan will work in AZ. Trust the Gilbert management team you have hired to make us successful.
