Saw two 750k deals meetings were held for go down the drain because of this. -grind culture without a break. During a holiday week when we got a ton of OOO messages, we were told to grind harder instead of recharging after the last quarter. -management making uninformed decisions -weak tech stack -because of all of these factors, it was pretty easy to burn out here
