      No office politics Diversified exposure not just cement but a lot of other industry exposure such as airlines, hospitals, FMCG, chemical, Lifesciences and others

      Too fixed on physical presence and late sittings Also till DGM level alternate saturdays off only and on senior level all Saturdays are working
