Toxic management, incompetent HR, lack of trust throughout the company. Absolutely no work-life balance. Pressure on engineers to work ridiculous hours, including evenings and week-ends, even when testing vehicles, which requires a level of alertness. Fear of speaking out leads to engineers hiding mistakes which is detrimental to a company that aims to put people and families in fast moving vehicles.
