Nice people to work with, but also depends which team you end with. Benefits could be better and also bonuses have almost been scraped, not achievable.

There is very little room for growth. Promotions often depend more on personal relationships than on actual skills or performance. New senior managers are hired without ever interacting with existing employees. Since the acquisition, LoopMe’s original culture has been replaced by a more corporate approach, and the once flat hierarchy has unfortunately disappeared. The senior management team has also become increasingly toxic.
