Pros

Coworkers are strong for the most part, many entry level career employees, management seems to be pretty unaware of many things and any significant changes are slow coming

Kontras

Conditions for leveling for developers are at whim, no hard details on improvement metrics, it's entirely on the developers to push for recognition/pay bumps/etc. and they are slow to hand anything out, I'd expect to wait a few years before anything material comes out of efforts.

Pros

Nearly everyone at the company is kind and helpful. The room for growth is there if you take it. Company culture is the best I have seen in Cincinnati.

Kontras

Disconnect between departments. Major improvements needed in workflows and processes. Sometimes it does not pay off to work harder than others here.
