You can't hold others accountable when your the one doing it. There was this one instance where the Manager thought I wasn't in the room, decided it was okay to talk poorly about me, mocking me on a conversation he said was confidential, then when he found out I was there in the room, started to pretend that he cared about me. Its all about getting your joke across at the expense of others.
