Pros

I had the opportunity to join this company back in 2012 first in customer service and then in pricing pioneering both aread, it's all about entrepreneurship, being your own boss and have a good attitude. I learnt a lot.

Organizational structure is not clear. You don't have enough guide and support from your supervisors.
