Decent starting pay depending on the program.

The programs that pay well are horrible to work for. they do not support their employees or give them what they need to effectively do their jobs. They will use you up and throw you away. Plenty of overtime but once yous top accepting it they shuffle around where you work until you quit or they fire you.
