Frequently interesting. A great central location. Some great people.

Uncompetitive salary. Innovation and focus on efficiency low. Quite hierarchical and some toxic people not properly dealt with. Nothing shockingly bad, but it's not possible to make four or more stars when facing a couple of substantive areas where the organisation is definitively below average.
