Pros
The colleagues here are great. The teams I work with work together well. Within my team you can be really open with each other and can have fun. While being professional towards our customers and the work we perform, you can joke around a bit with your colleagues.
Kontras
Not a lot of chances of promotion within this specific function. If you get in, your salary will not be raised any time, so do not expect any raises, even if you work for the company for multiple years. Base salary is quite low compared to the marked, you get compensation because you work in shifts, but the salary is the same even if you have experience (IE, someone that comes into the company gets the same as someone that worked for multiple years there). Investment in the wrong areas, it feels like the company seems stuck on old habits instead of trying to improve, making it feel like they do not want to invest into the future. While the teams I work with are working well together, some teams do not seem to be working or are managed well. Bonuses are company wide, even if your department is doing extremely well, you get punished by other departments within the company worldwide which can result in not getting any bonus.
