-No professional development -4 Executive Directors have come in gone in the past 4 years -The organization laid off new hires right before Thanksgiving in 2019 because their board member turned new ED and development staff mismanaged funds. -People constantly quitting or being laid off because of the chaotic environment. -No Black staff members -Legal staff (especially the attornies) are usually rude to administrative staff and volunteers. -Current staff feel comfortable making negative remarks and judgments about the clients they serve.
