Have qc team and backend team on silent surveillance the whole time. Catching the slightest mistake possible and penalising hard for that.
Do not be mistaken, they will say it was their partner that hired me. Not them. They outsource manpower hiring to hr companies but THEY. THEY set up framework , rules and regulations. Not the hr company. Absolutely horrendous job.
Could be on calls for hours but getting 15 sec break each call. Could be dragged into overtime involuntarily. Cannot end call unless you wish to get suspended. Trash practice
