Pros
Work from home (no commuting). You can "manage" your own schedule to some level. Customer service experience. You can practice your languages.
Kontras
Low pay. Draconian tracking system; going to the restroom can make you lose money and, in the long run, get you in trouble or even get fired. With the payroll model they use, you can be working a full day and only get paid for half of it if you don't get calls, which obviously happens on holidays, during which you do have to work (no extra pay). If they increase the workforce, you get less calls and everyone makes less. The wages end up being lower than what they promise. You are encouraged to communicate via email, to which they take ages to respond, mostly neutrally or negatively. Not a good place to work for long.
