You can get their training for free as their employee and save your self around $500 for the certification. You can work from home. The work itself is rewarding as you get to help people and gaining knowledge in other areas that you can learn for yourself.

Depends on your schedule, most of them would have back to back calls with very minimal or no break. Some salary issues from time to time so make sure you check if your paycheck matches your worked hours. They are strict on their schedule changes. You can request to change the schedule once a year but there is no guarantee that they will approve your request. Pay is lower compared to other interpreting companies. High stress due to back and back calls, therefore you'll likely to experience burn out sooner.
