Free Costco food and Cool Technology in early stages.

Free Food so you spend your lunch and dinner hours working and Cool Technology that won’t be a reliable product for at least another decade, especially with the motley crew running this place. According to the Peter Principle "Managers rise to the level of their incompetence." Well here they have gone well beyond that. The ones who were secretaries and college interns just a couple of years ago are now Directors, VPs and Chief Somethings. They literally Google “How to Manage” and follow the internet advise. This place is the most dysfunctional place I have ever seen, resulting in In-Fighting, Dirty Politics, Dishonesty, and Escape Goating by blaming the lower ranks. They purposefully look for someone to blame. If you thrive in this kind of environment then you are a cultural fit, if not stay away.
