Team is diverse. Everyday was different which kept things interesting. Management played to our strengths. They encouraged me to work on projects that I was interested in which I liked. Also the team felt like family. Lots of jokes, casual atmosphere.

Small, close environment. No lunch room.

Not many. Some of the employees are really fantastic.

They preach “radical transparency” but won’t be transparent with you. There is little to NO training. Very little organization. Simple things like, you get in trouble for “talking too much to other employees” but in the same stroke get told your “lack of communication is a problem” when you stop talking to people after you’ve gotten in trouble They claim to be “start up” but what they really mean is there is no organization whatsoever. They are not “all friends here” as they claim, it’s all clique oriented and if you don’t fit the clique they don’t want you. When they have meetings with you to “correct behavior” they don’t actually tell you what you’ve done wrong they just spew vague answers, and when you ask for direct examples they either run around the question or just tell you “they don’t have to disclose that” There is NO holiday pay. There is NO health insurance. Even after you reach the 90 days it’s not really a health insurance plan. There isn’t hardly any PTO. Barely any sick days.
