Creative industry, There is room to use your own creative problem solving and have control of your own area, which is fun. But honestly every print place is like this.

Toxic and stressful environment. 40 hour weeks every week with no 15min breaks is apparently considered "reasonable". and you're expected to get jobs done before going on your 30min break.
After 2 years I moved on and found a new workplace doing the exact same stuff that i realized how bad Kwik Kopy Hilton was for my mental health and everyone's happiness. Constant fear of a boss flying off the rails, constant pressure to stay on top of workloads or else it'll all fall apart, no structured production times, everything is created with a tight deadline and creates all of the above.
