Apologies, to the person who has written this comment, I am HR of KIS and I am proud to be part of the organization. It’s been more than 2 years; I am attached to the organization and honestly, I have no idea, from where these words are coming. There are people who are working with us from day one and they are enjoying their work and culture of the organization. Talking about the point - "That projects are throwed on to the employees" - if it is so, then please stop working in IT companies and search something else. Rocky Sir has never given anything forcefully to any of the employee. Projects are given to employees as per their capabilities and who are willing to learn new technologies. Regarding Time frame to complete the project - We never forced employees to complete 20% of work in two days or in a week. We follow Delivery schedule which are shared by the clients and ask employees to work accordingly. Yes, sometimes when we are having production issues, then definitely we ask employees to put some extra effort as this is part of working in a software company. It is not a govt job where you have to work only 9-5. Even, all the projects are properly handled by their respective leads and they are managing well. Also, Rocky Sir is very helpful. He understands employee’s problem and try to fix issues which employees are having and motivates them. He has personal bonding with his employees too.
