The employees are amazing. Everyone seems to care about each other and really help out.

The leadership is a mess. The top level are blind to what's going on with average employees. Most of them don't ever come to the office.
Directors and VPs are largely incompetent and only got their roles from who they know. They don't care at all about their employees. No one gets promoted past manager. They keep taking engagement surveys and when the numbers are low they blame employees.
This company is being run into the ground, if HP doesn't buy us soon Japan needs to fire the entire leadership team and come in and fix things.
