employees based in ottawa are forced to return to the office. those in toronto or vancouver can WFH forever. especially those management positions when they are based elsewhere and forcing their direct reports based in ottawa to go into the office. there is no commute stipend for those based in ottawa. it is unfair as your team members from other cities "travel" to ottawa they get reimbursed for everything (like lunch and dinner) while those in ottawa have to pay out of pocket. also the laptop sucks.
