The base is pretty much all you can work for. It’s a sales job and no matter how many policies you pump out. You basically get paid the same as the lower tier agents.
The part that really had me, they were concerned about my circumstances, but rather than have a conference with me. They created a fake email claiming to answer for my circumstances. When I asked them to provide proof that I had involvement with the staged email. I got nothing. The most hilarious happening in my professional career.
