Pros

The business accumen was rather convincing and I like the company's vision.

-Lack of structure and company policies that had blurred the boundaries between employer and staff. -I don't find the last minute invitation was great for me after work. And too much of late night and weekend. -When you don't have a personal relationship with the founders had endorsed a negative impact to my tasks. Those who had personal relationship with them were exempted the staff from their daily operations, which was unhealthy and unproductive for the company. - Lack of standard procedures on the staff's welfare. -Favoritism at workplace was too rampant and had taken a toll on my worklife balance. -Founders had endorsed towards certain staffs' working etiquettes that was not aligned to company's vision, which was great at the first impression.

Pros

Nice colleagues they will help you out the best they can. I did some of their staff training website it is beneficial. You will learn something.
