- great proactiveness in bringing in various benefits and incentives - great at identifying future growth and growth expansion - everyone has the opportunity to have a voice - not micromanaged

- processes are great but they have really taken the personable and human approach out of everything. You are treated as per policy and that makes you feel like a number. Someone was being contacted whilst attending an emergency in the ER with their child to ask about work and when they will return… no compassion or empathy. - often blindsided in meetings in front of the team- no prior discussion to potential changes within the team which feels very disrespectful and undermines middle management. - often co structure feedback isn’t well received, product having issues and instead of learning from it there is a lot of defensiveness. - open to listening but takes a lot to implement change. - not supportive of people who work further afield from head office. A couple within the team live much further away and I heard they were often isolated from team events/ meetings. This could be improved
