Bosses and both mid and upper lever management really do care and want this to be a place where you are happy. They want to nurture a positive environment. Crazy good job and pay for both coming out of college as well as veteran experience. Selling a product that people contact your for and is better than a lot of the competition makes sales much more fun. Promotions can come fast. Generous base salaries and bonuses. No feast or famine here.
