Hybrid work culture No clock-in policy (Not sure if they have changed it now)

Really bad leave policy Favoritism. Can survive only if you are a bootlicker of the management. HR is of no good, acts as servants of CEO and management The CEO especially has a very revengeful and arrogant mentaity

Pros

Have joined the company for around 6-7 months now and honestly speaking the way the team and the company is designed is commendable. One of the best companies in the tech space especially in Kerala if not India. The culture is designed taking in years of employee feedback leading to a great atmosphere to work and thrive. Company wide programs, initiatives all around from upskilling, to give talks etc are done really well. The company also does what it preaches, tech is integrated almost everywhere possible. Concerns are dealt with anonymous channels if necessary and the HR team is proactive. Overall, it has been a very positive experience so far.

Kontras

Bit more leaves or holidays if possible and also a system to promote going to conferences, upskilling etc ( these are there but I find could be better although systems do exist for the same ).

Pros

Company mostly builds for startups. Therefore, the amount of learning, ability to stay at the cutting edge and product ownership are extremely good. You won't be a mere cog in the wheel, you'll be designing, building and owning major features in a product. Coworkers are really knowledgable and helpful. Good pay for a company in Kerala.

Kontras

Leave policy, as in number of leaves could be higher. As mentioned in the pros, employees are product owners here, not just a cog in the wheel. So the added responsibility will lead to work pressure, unless you really enjoy building/learning.
