Many teams around social workers to support them such as carer retention team, youth workers, recruitment, adoptions team etc. Senior management is very approachable.
Kontras
Usual cons for social work role but not a reflection on Key Assets - sometimes the work is difficult etc. Lack to cultural support, cultural support workers aren't supported and so there's a high turn over of them.
