- CEO would come in to the London Office and literally just plonk themselves down and start working. No interaction at all with staff or wish to get to know them at all . Created a really poor image of the company and a 'them and us' attitude .
- Very poor technology , used to use a system called TOMAS. This was awful and the worst ATS i have ever used in recruitment
- Bonus system is poor compared to other agencies
- High turnover of staff
