Executive Management is a complete joke. Unless you are in their inner circle, they don't care about you. Time with the company and performance have no value to these people. Basing results off spreadsheets instead of actual, real world scenarios is a really bad way of judging your employees performance. John Hinz was a great guy before he took over. Unfortunately, he has changed and seems to have forgotten about all of the little people who helped him get where he is now.
