Very friendly work culture and great place to learn

Iron dust is everywhere. I didn't know there was a private canteen inside till the last day of my internship. I had to go 1 km to have lunch. For employees free meal is given separate.

More and more responsibility was given to those who gave the best results.That is how I could see my self as Director at the end of my carrier.

Govt help was not forth coming in some issues.
