Unless you broke in to (or were already part of) The Clique, you won't last long here. Management prefers local hires over outsiders. People are pleasant to work with, but will not lift a finger to help a stranger. Production floor workforce is about 90% Hispanic female. You best speak Spanish or "no communicado." Also, no joking about ICE or immigration raids. Floor supervisors let you know right now that's not funny here.
