They allow a hybrid work model

The pay is SUPER LOW. Almost criminal. Located in downtown Toronto, they expect you to live off a salary that was considered low even in 2005. The management seems to justify this by buying you lunch here and there. Management offered little to no support, was always micro managing, and condescending. Lastly, they do not care about the environment one bit, despite how they frame themselves!

Fast paced learning environment. Small company, so you are exposed to a lot and have the opportunity to become a jack of all trades from product design, sales, layout designs and creating engineering reports. You hit the ground running and get to learn from day one. Close-knit family like and helpful work environment with a team of less than 9 people.

Very low base salary especially for engineers. Only offers contracts so you don't get any benefits. Can be expected to work very long hours. Little issues are blown out of proportion before they are even properly explained to you. There is no HR department to take on any concerns with. Very unprofessional management who is only out for their own benefit.
