Pros
There are very few pros to mention, just the benefits are good.
Kontras
The Israel office is not a pleasant place to work at. Senior management is not very well informed in the industry and therefore decision making processes are very heavy, usually involving a lot of stake holders and alot of back and forth. Bureaucracy- Heavy bureaucracy and micromanagement. There are a lot of internal politics and therefore it is very hard to get your work done. Everything is magnified and discussed in length which makes work frustrating. Everyday work experience - The company does not use new technologies for work processes that were automated a decade ago. You find out that internally, K2Intelligence works like a very undeveloped company and does not incorporate cutting edge technology. This makes work difficult and you are not improving or going forward as you still need to work with excel sheets like its 1993. Office Culture- the work environment is not very pleasant. The office seems like an "army" where there is no talking or socializing throughout the day, people usually just come in in the morning, sit on their desks with no socializing, and leave in the evening. Investment in employees- the company is very cheap towards employees and does invest in social events. This is weird as management travels only in business class but when it comes to social events, "budget is tight". CEO Of Israel- He is extremely not pleasant to work with, his ego is through the roof and he keeps talking about himself all day. he does not understand anything in the industry and uses other people to "make him look good". He micromanages alot and only worries what the offices abroad will think of him. he has no leadership skills and gives all the dirty work to the COO to do it for him.
