      Some great travel perks and often fun visitors into the office... (think hotel, train, and airline folks)

      The amount of work is extreme. There is a simple expectation of overtime. When deadlines aren't met you absolutely must stay and finish them. Often the deadlines are not realistic therefore overtime becomes inevitable. The pay is quite low

      Pros

      I have previously worked for international companies and airlines, but Jonview is the only place where I have truly experienced a healthy work–life balance. In addition, the team is excellent, the work environment is flexible, and the overall experience has been very positive. It is a privilege to wake up each morning and go to a job you genuinely enjoy. The HR team is outstanding and highly supportive, as is the entire management team. This industry also provides continuous learning opportunities.

      Jonview has an amazing, welcoming, and supportive team that encourages growth and skill development. There are plenty of opportunities for training, career advancement, and learning new skills. The workplace environment is positive, with lots of employee benefits and a culture that values well-being. Travel opportunities for employees add an exciting and rewarding aspect to the work experience!
