Pros

I enjoyed the weekly company meetings. I like that you can bring you dog to work. Free beverages and snacks.

Kontras

Some departments would have their own cliques and would talk down to people in my department. It often felt like I was in high school.

Really smart, creative people passionate about revolutionizing the recruiting industry. Solid sourcing technology that was a bit ahead of its time. Ability & willingness to try new approaches in building the category.

Kontras

Frequent strategic direction changes - shift from enterprise sourcing CRM to Web 2.0 job board. Company recently sold off in pieces after significant downsizing.
