I am very sorry to hear that your experience of working with us made you feel and think this way.
For the success of the company,we have to make sure we create and maintain the right and optimal organizational structure. We are working in a fast changing environment, where the organizational changes have to keep pace with the external environment and needs of our customers. We regret to hear it was not the environment where you enjoyed being in.
It is very important for us to listen to feedback from all our employees. And although obviously you are angry now, we would like to thank you for working with us and helping us to create meaningful products for our customers. We indeed appreciate it. Thank you.
