No support system. You're an "independent contractor" in name only—they expect full-time control with none of the benefits.
Communication is a mess. Expect walls of confusing text, midnight emails, and contradictory orders.
No training, no accountability—just blame when something goes wrong.
Google is the Client, Cognizant is the manager of the project, JSAN is the consultant agency that hires you and pays you.
Morale? Respect? Forget it.
