Being a good consultant is a tough job. Unlike when you work internally for a company, as a consultant you have to respond to the needs of your clients. Sometimes, this may mean that you have to work extra hours during key phases of the project. Anyone with experience working for a successful consulting firm knows that this is part of the job. That being said, Invisors works hard to foster an environment where consultants can have a balanced life. Some of these include:

When someone joins us at an entry-level from college, they receive substantial compensation increases every 6-months. Most entry-level consultants receive compensation increases of well over 50% by their second anniversary at Invisors. In consulting, if you work for a respected company, you will always have job offers for higher compensation from other places who have not made the investments in your future and skills that we have.
Additionally, it’s true that we promote our team from within! We believe in developing talent and providing opportunities to lead and grow.
