Pros
One of the most politically driven and biased organizations I have worked for. The HR leadership at the Delhi location operates on favoritism rather than professionalism or meritocracy. In my entire career, I have never encountered an HR Head who so openly favors close associates and relatives within the company. Certain employees are constantly praised, protected, and rewarded during appraisals regardless of actual performance, while deserving employees are sidelined with poor ratings and minimal salary hikes. What is even more concerning is the culture of internal spying and manipulation. Employees are encouraged to build relationships with tenured staff only to extract information, which is then reportedly used to form biased opinions about other employees. These opinions heavily influence appraisal discussions and even impact decisions made by the Global HR leadership in the UK. The organization has completely lost transparency in performance evaluations. Promotions, ratings, and compensation hikes appear to depend more on personal equations and internal politics than on hard work, skills, or contributions. Senior leadership, especially within HR and management, should seriously reflect on the toxic culture being created. Talented employees eventually leave because they realize growth here is not based on merit but on favoritism, networking, and selective lobbying. I would strongly advise candidates to evaluate the company culture carefully before joining. Give advice to management on this
